Shed And Water contracts with residential property owners only. We do not contract with renters or commercial property owners. Any liability or damages due to the property owner as a result of a contracted client's misrepresentation of identity shall be the responsibility of the contracted client.
Engaging consultative services, whether over the phone, through email or other electronic interface, or in person on or off-site, does not constitue an agreement or contract. The property owner maintains the right to solicit the services of Shed And Water and to terminate the services of Shed And Water at any time. If the property owner chooses to terminate it's relationship with Shed And Water, any amount due must be paid in full within 10 business days of termination. Shed And Water retains exclusivity rights during the design and build process; property owner(s) or other contractors may not alter the design(s) or build site(s) or structure(s) or rainwater harvesting system(s) during the time Shed And Water is contracted to perform work. Once Shed And Water completes it's work and vacates the job site(s), any installations are considered the property of the homeowner and he or she may make changes as they see fit, though with the understanding that any changes may void the 5-yr quality and leak guarantee offered by Shed And Water.
Shed And Water does warrant it's sheds with a 5-year quality and leak-free guarantee. If any Shed And Water Site-Built structure reveals defects or leaks as a result of poor craftsmanship or materials usage, Shed And Water shall make the necessary repairs free of charge to the client. The repairs do not extend the warranty period. Examination of defect or leak may be required to determine the cause of defect or leak. If defect or leak is found to be the result of owner neglect, owner negligence, or an act of God (such as a flood, tornado, hail storm, fallen tree, lightning strike etc.), Shed And Water shall not be held liable nor responsible for repairs.
Shed And Water does not accept returns of site-built structures or rainwater collection systems. Much like homes or swimming pools, site-built sheds and rainwater collection systems are non-returnable and impractical to move.
